I optimized the Partner App by streamlining interactions and boosting engagement through innovative solutions. Additionally, I independently designed the Partner Onboarding App, creating a seamless registration process for new partners. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and conducting in-depth user interviews, I ensured seamless implementation and continuous improvement across VoiceClub’s app ecosystem, driving user satisfaction and platform success.
